We will endeavour to make sure that all orders received by midday, will be processed on that day.
If no one is in to accept delivery, the driver will leave your parcel in a safe location and attach images of this location to the tracking. If the driver feels there isn't a safe location to leave the parcel, they will return it to the local depot and leave a calling card at the door.
However goods are left at your own risk and we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss of your goods.
During your order process you can give instructions for the driver as to where to leave your delivery if no one is in, we cannot guarantee these instructions will be followed as it is at the discretion of the driver. Alternatively you can elect to have your goods left with a neighbour, should you be unable to take delivery in person.
We will send an e-mail to the address provided by you to inform you of the dispatch of your goods.
For 'Next Working Day' delivery, orders must be placed before 12pm to ensure delivery the following day. This service is strictly for Monday - Friday and does not include weekends. If ordered on Saturday or Sunday, your tree will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
Using our Premium Next Day service 95% of trees are delivered on day 1 of your preferred choice. However this ‘preferred delivery date’ cannot be guaranteed and some goods will arrive on day 2. Saturday and Sunday are not working days. The delivery service we offer is offered in good faith and we cannot accept responsibility if your item doesn’t arrive on a particular day. If your item doesn’t arrive on your preferred day we cannot accept cancellation of the order.
In accordance with the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, we cannot accept cancellations or returns for perishable goods, as trees and wreaths are freshly cut/prepared to order.
Last delivery date for 2019 is Friday, 20th December, 2019
