Your delivery

PRE-DISPATCH

If you wish your goods to be delivered for a specific date/occasion, please make sure to ask for a delivery date at least 3 days prior to your required date.

We will endeavour to make sure that all orders received by midday, will be processed on that day.

Deliveries will only be left unattended without a signature if you give us permission to do so. However, goods are left at your own risk and we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss of your goods.

During your order process, you can give instructions to the driver as to where to leave your delivery if no one is in, we cannot guarantee these instructions will be followed as it is at the discretion of the driver. Alternatively, you can elect to have your goods left with a neighbour, should you be unable to take delivery in person.



POST-DISPATCH

We will send an e-mail to the address provided by you to inform you of the dispatch of your goods.



DELIVERY & RETURNS

Using our delivery service, the vast majority of trees are delivered within their selected delivery week window. However, this ‘preferred delivery date’ cannot be guaranteed and some goods will arrive beyond the first day into the week delivery window selected and, rarely, into the following week.

As with all online orders, once the goods have been collected by a courier we cannot control any issues, exceptions or delays caused by the courier or any incorrect address details. We will work with the couriers support system to the best of our abilities to address customer needs and queries as soon as possible.

Saturday and Sunday are not working days. The delivery date selection service we offer is offered in good faith and we cannot accept responsibility if your item doesn’t arrive on a particular day.

If your item doesn’t arrive on your preferred date selection we cannot accept the cancellation of the order for this reason alone.

In accordance with the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, we cannot accept cancellations or returns for perishable goods unless deemed faulty, as trees and wreaths are freshly cut/prepared to order. As live goods can differ in size and shape we will work closely with the customer in any cancellations/returns claims if there is a view that the delivered goods are 'faulty' from the recipient to determine our stance on the claim.

Returns for non-perishable items - such as Christmas Tree stands or decorative lights - cancellations/returns must be raised with our support agents within 14 days of placing the order, once a return has been accepted you have 14 days from the confirmation contact to return the goods. Once received, we have 14 days from receiving the goods to refund the order.

Returned goods must be in the same condition as they were received.

In most cases, we cannot provide any refunds for return postage costs or organise pickups/collections/labels.
